Until Google open the OS up to allow developers to build apps, then it&#039;s just a &#039;companion device&#039; for gadget freaks. But similar to Apple, to do this would require years and years of experience, and the only OS builder who has that experience is Microsoft.
Chrome OS certainly is a fresh direction, and I only hope that it opens the market up, beyond it&#039;s current limited options (similarly the iPhone has opened up the mobile market to being a &#039;sm,artphone&#039; market). But as I do not having any Google accounts (Gmail, Google docs etc), then it&#039;s attractivness is minimal.
