Google claims that PPC management firms should disclose in the initial contract if they will not hand the account off should they ever be fired. The truth is that no bad PPC management firm will do that. And they are unlikely to cooperate when it comes time to grant you access. The pay per click cost of Adwords is even cheaper than Adbrite.
